Customers receive immediate access to online learning content, modules, resources and digital training materials upon purchase.

Because access is delivered instantly, all sales are considered final once digital content has been accessed.

2. 14-Day Limited Review Window

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if:

• You have not accessed more than the first module, and

• You have not used any downloadable resources, and

• You are able to show that you did not receive access due to a technical issue on our side.

Once digital content beyond the introductory module is accessed, the refund eligibility ends.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be provided for any of the following reasons:

• A change of mind

• Lack of time to complete the digital material

• Personal or financial circumstances

• Expectations about speed of progress or outcomes

These rules apply regardless of whether you pay in full or via instalments.

• You lose the right to a refund once access beyond the first module is used
